Aerial Platforms Limited (APL) are participating in the new CPA pilot scheme for apprentices, which is a scheme to assist with young people’s careers.
The CPA pilot scheme hope to be a successful and beneficial partner to young apprentices to help them achieve the right start in our sector. The scheme hopes to provide not only the necessary qualifications within the apprentices chosen career path, but also to provide appropriate on the job training, guidance and support, and to teach good and safe working practices.
The CPA Training and Safety Manager, Haydn Steele came to our depot to meet our newest apprentice, Oliver Bond to update him on the scheme which will take place over a two year period.
